About Us · Heva + Dose

One practice. Two names.

Two names — Heva Health and Dose. One medical practice, one team, one standard of care.

Heva Health · Dose Clinic · One team

Who We Are

You may have noticed two names on your journey with us: Heva Health and Dose | Hormone & Longevity Center. Here's what you need to know.

Dose is our flagship clinic in Phoenix, Arizona — a full-service, in-person practice where our clinical team develops, tests, and refines every treatment protocol we offer. It's where our Chief Clinical Officer and care team practice daily, see patients, and do the deep work of root-cause, functional medicine.

Heva Health is how we bring that same clinical standard to patients across the country. Same protocols. Same team. Same standard of care — without requiring you to be in Phoenix to access it.

We are not a faceless telehealth company. We are a medical practice that decided the walls of a building shouldn't limit who we can help.

Our Approach

Treating the why — not just the symptom.

We practice naturopathic, functional, root-cause medicine. That means we look for the underlying mechanism behind a symptom — metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, environmental — before we reach for a prescription.

Our clinical team works as a full-service concierge practice with access to the complete Heva pharmacy catalog and the full treatment library. There is no menu of three things. Whatever the patient needs, we have the depth and the breadth to deliver it.

What separates Heva from conventional telehealth is simple: depth of care, breadth of treatment access, and a team that treats the whole patient over time — not a transaction.

Protocol Development Center

Every Heva protocol starts at Dose.

Dose is the origin point for every treatment protocol Heva delivers nationally. Protocols are developed, clinically tested, and refined here at the bedside before they're ever deployed to patients across the country — the credibility bridge between in-person practice and the direct care model the rest of the country experiences.

  • Evidence-based methodology refined at the bedside before national rollout
  • Continuous outcomes tracking across the full patient population
  • Iterative protocol refinement informed by clinical results, not marketing
