What’s the process? What is the Clarity treatment experience like?
You’ll answer a few questions through a secure intake form and a Heva provider will decide if Clarity is right for you (you’ll only be charged if approved for treatment). If approved, your prescription will be sent to our pharmacy partner, and once completed, shipped to you with included 2-day shipping.
Clarity is an acne cream, designed for effective convenience.
You’ll cleanse the affected area with your favorite gentle cleanser and apply a thin layer of Clarity to the affected areas once daily. For best results, use in the evening to allow your skin to restore overnight.
Remember to use sunscreen daily!

What does this treatment do for my skin?
It treats acne at its source by fighting bacteria, unclogging pores, clearing infected areas, and reducing inflammation. It also creates long-term clarity by reducing scarring and wrinkles and improving skin texture and tone.
What are the active ingredients?
AZELAIC ACID works by inhibiting the growth of bacteria associated with acne. It also normalizes the shedding of skin cells and reduces the formation of comedones (acne lesions that occur when hair follicles become clogged with oil, dead skin cells, and bacteria).
BENZOYL PEROXIDE decomposes to release oxygen, which is lethal to acne-causing bacteria. It also has mild keratolytic effects (a process that helps to shed dead skin cells), helping to unclog pores.
CLINDAMYCIN is a topical antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis thereby reducing acne-causing bacteria.
NIACINAMIDE , also known as vitamin B3, has anti-inflammatory properties and helps to regulate oily skin.
TRETINOIN is a retinoid that increases the turnover of skin cells, preventing oily skin clogs and reducing the likelihood of dead skin cells getting trapped in follicles.
Any potential side effects?
Some people report initial reactions including dryness, redness, peeling, and mild stinging. These effects are usually temporary and may lessen with continued use.
How is this different from Balance acne treatment?
Clarity tackles bacteria more aggressively from multiple angles, using different ingredients.
